Lucyd's own lab cuts the lenses and ships the glasses with them fitted, in up to 10 business days[2]. Custom lenses are non-refundable[2]. Lucyd publishes no cylinder (astigmatism) limit.

Lucyd's in-house lab cuts the lenses; they ship in up to 10 business days. Custom lenses are non-refundable.[2]

- Reebok Optical is made by Lucyd: "Reebok Optical is our prescription-first smart eyewear collection." Blue-light clear lenses come standard.[1]
- Lucyd also says you can "take your frames to an optical partner" instead of ordering lenses at checkout.[1]
- Stock: Lucyd's help page says four of six frames are in stock and lists Shine as "Available Soon", but the lucyd.co store had Shine (and both Slim sizes) available to add to cart on 26 Oct 2026.[7]
- Custom lenses are non-refundable "in all cases"; Lucyd remakes them free if it made the error (wrong lens, transit damage, defect). Lucyd won't cut lenses without your PD.[2]
- Timing: up to 10 business days. Single vision usually ships in about 5 days; progressives and Lucyd Shift/Blueshift usually take the full 10; high-index or very high power can take longer.[2]
- FSA/HSA: Lucyd says "a Lucyd frame with prescription lenses qualifies as an FSA/HSA-eligible purchase" (Lucyd's wording; check with your plan).[3]
- Lucyd publishes no cylinder (astigmatism) limit and doesn't say whether ranges are sphere-only or total power. It asks for CYL and AXIS at checkout.[2]
